Danilo Parra is constantly creating music, photos, paintings, and films. Residing in Brooklyn, NY he holds it down for the east coast while his brother Pat Parra tears it up in the west. Talent must be hereditary just like the Parra brothers’ good looking genes. Dear Mr. and Mrs. Parra, cheers to fornicating!

Thank you Val for another wonderful iteration of the beloved 12 pics series. Your brash style has managed to rub off on me. Time to return the favor!

The talent displayed here is as overwhelming as it is obvious.

It’s so easy to take impressive photos in Africa no photographer should be awarded any credit. Ooooohhh, poor black people wearing funny clothes, impressive. I built a camera out of discarded m16 shells and coconuts and i’ve taken better photos than that.

Doesn’t this kid work for VICE??

Parra isn’t half bad. Though, I could use a touch of CVS developed lomography, a Polaroid or two, and an overall disregard of light.
Nice!

i always really like 12 neat pics. people like to shit all over it, and everything on here, and i guess that’s half the fun of the site, but if sincerity is cool with everyone for a sec, the pictures are fun and i enjoy them very very much.

Standing by my window
Breathing summer breeze
Saw a figure floating, ‘neath the willow trees
Asked us if we were happy
We said we didn’t know
Took us by the hands and up we go
We followed the dreamer
Through the purple hazy clouds
He could control our sense of time
We thought we were lost
But no matter how we tried
Everyone was in peace of mind
We felt the sensations drift inside our frames
Finding complete contentment there
And all the tensions that hurt us in the past
Just seemed to vanish in thin air
He said in the cosmos is a single sonic sound
That is vibrating constantly
And if we could grip and hold on to the note
We would see our minds were free…
Oh they’re free
We are lost above
Floating way up high
If you think you can find a way
You can surely try

Danilo weyon! Me ha encantado este perfil de ti y tu trabajo. Oye, escribio esto tu nueva chica, verdad?

I figured it out. If we compliment her, Gavin will grow tired and make her go away. Great job Val! Jen Hanley, you too!

^ off my sniz plz.
I think Val’s posts are def improving but would love to see some more posts of her own original material instead of other’s photos. And yeah I used to hate Jen but now I like her, even if she can’t help but sound a little pretentious sometimes. Her posts rule. I support da women of dis site!

The last picture is the most terrifying thing I’ve seen since the scene with the mangled bat barging into The Great Mouse Detective’s home in the early 90’s.
