Let’s just get something straight once and for all. The hatred towards hipsters is well placed and justified because the hipster culture is an amalgamation of counter cultures into one great big co-opted corporate counter culture.

The problem is ego. If you want to be truly youthful, truly rebellious, truly innovative, and revolutionary – you would not care how you looked. You would not be neurotic about it and exclusive. The process of exclusion of your peers based on arbitrary narcissism and vanity is not rebellious. You would not care what you wore. You would NOT THINK ABOUT CLOTHING or ACCESSORIES or APPAREL at all besides the question “does it fit”? And “is it distracting from me making an impact with my words, with my philosophy, with my awareness, and my new wisdom or am I just born into a sell-out culture of mediocrity and OVER-FEMINIZATION?”

Yes, you hipsters are a product of an over-feminized culture. Don’t buy into the propaganda. The extremes of masculinity and femininity are not what nature intended, and humans are a part of nature so the destruction of Over-feminization of culture (e.g. hipsterism) is inevitable to get back to equilibrium.
