this I kinda how we kill goats one person feeds them the other pets to relax them then you hit them in the back of the head near the base of the skull with a framing hammer/club whatever it just has to be heavy this knocks them out (we typically only eat babes) then one person slits the throat and the other slips a double sided hook behind the achilles tendon of each foot and we hoist them up and bleed them out we don’t shoot them because we like to eat the head and brain and even though the hit does damage it’s less also slitting an animals throat if they are awake is a loud and a lot harder
