Actually, it’s worse than that. The sign for west side is with the two middle fingers together. The only gesture that has the first two fingers together and the pinky sticking out is “The Shocker” which is for penetrating the vaginal and the anal lips at the same time. So, his wife’s name is Mrs. Bush and he’s throwing up The Shocker. I’m literally shocked.
