It’s created by Vice founder Gavin McInnes and his old drinking buddy TV Carnage creator Derrick Beckles but they also have contributors like David Cross giving his favorite drink recipes and Debbie Harry schooling everyone on how to rock a good look.”

OK . I have no fucking clue what Rockers NYC is. I know that they have stores around the world and amazing shirts and a blog, but what the fuck is it? Who is it? Why when where how?
