Personally I think it’s totally fair to rule accidental auto-erotic asphyxiation deaths as suicides. I mean if I was jumping and skipping on the rail of a bridge and fell off I don’t think anyone would really argue that “suicide” wasn’t a fair ruling.

If you choose to dick around (no pun intended) with something that close to being suicide, if you accidentally follow through it’s only fair. Honestly I’d rather it be ruled a suicide than for my cause of death to say “Not good at masturbating.”
