Ugh, this guy is the WORST. He’s always at the Prince St n/r, and I’m positive he never actually plays anything, he just tunes the guitar. One time the train took about 20 minutes to show up, and NOT ONE lick, riff, noodle, or whatever the fuck you call it was played. He JUST tuned. And people toss him money.
